Inner child and sexual energy.
The same story.
We cannot fully rescue the child if we leave their life force behind. This is why I hold both spaces together.
For a long time these spaces were held separately. One for the inner child. One for sexual and creative energy. But the deeper you go into true healing, the clearer it becomes they are inseparable.
When childhood innocence is overshadowed by pain, silence or shame, our adult power goes into hiding alongside it. Our creative fire. Our aliveness. Our sense of being at home in our own body.
You cannot reclaim one without the other. The joy you are looking for is not somewhere outside of you. It is waiting in the parts of yourself you stopped visiting.
I also work with intergenerational trauma. The patterns, wounds and beliefs passed down long before you were born. Sometimes what you are carrying was never yours to carry in the first place.
Part of this work happens in what cannot be seen. Energy that is no longer yours to carry. Patterns and imprints that have settled in the field around you, often without you ever knowing they were there. I work intuitively with this unseen layer, sensing what is ready to be cleared and what is ready to be released, so your soul can come back into wholeness. So the true, authentic you has space to exist inside yourself again. Seen. Shining.
Much of what I work with lives beneath words. Life force, vitality, sexuality, eros, these are not separate from emotional healing, they are the current that emotional healing depends on. When that current is blocked, joy and creativity go quiet too. Part of my work is supporting you to move gently through what has been kept in shadow, the pain, the shame, the parts of yourself that learned to hide. Not by forcing it into the light, but by meeting it with presence until it is ready to be felt and released.
This is deep work. And on the other side of it is the return of something you may not have felt in a long time. Your own aliveness, your creativity, your joy.
